Logo Imprinting and Brand Color Matching
Every band can carry your full-color logo, event name, sponsor mark, or hashtag. We work directly with your brand or design team to match Pantone values and produce a final proof before production starts.
Plan for a 2 to 3 week production lead time including custom imprinting. We do not offer rush orders, so book the date with us once the event is confirmed on your calendar.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery speed. We do not offer free shipping. We can ship directly to your venue, your event production partner, or your office.
Pricing and What Is Included
Every controllable wristband order ships with the RF Handheld Kit so your AV team or event lead can drive cues from the booth. Optional upgrades exist for shows that need precise programming.
RF Handheld Kit (Included)
Drives thousands of wristbands at once. Operated by your AV lead or stage manager. Simple enough for a single trained operator.
CrowdSync DMX Kit (Optional, +$600)
Production-grade show control. Plugs into your existing DMX rig so wristbands become another fixture in your lighting cue list.
Transmitter Rental ($250, required with DMX)
When upgrading to the DMX Kit, a transmitter rental is required. The rental period covers your event window.
NFC Tags and QR Codes (Optional, per unit)
Drive each attendee to a landing page, agenda, networking app, or post-event survey. Useful for measuring engagement.

Corporate Event LED Wristband FAQ
How far in advance should we order for a corporate event?
Order at least 2 to 3 weeks before the event date. That window covers artwork approval, production, custom imprinting, and shipping. We do not offer rush orders, so earlier is better, especially for large quantities.
Can we match our exact brand colors?
Yes. Send your Pantone values or hex codes with your logo. We produce a digital proof for sign-off before any units are produced.
Will the wristbands work in a hotel ballroom or convention hall?
Yes. RF range easily covers ballroom and convention-hall scale. For very large venues with multiple zones, position the transmitter centrally or talk to our team about a custom configuration.
Do attendees need to install an app?
No. The system uses RF, not Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Attendees receive their wristband and instantly join the synchronized show with zero setup required.
Can we re-use the wristbands across multiple event days?
Yes for multi-day conferences. Battery life is sufficient for typical multi-day event durations. For week-long activations, talk to our team about battery and reissue strategy.
