The most common wedding range. Volume pricing kicks in and per-unit cost drops meaningfully compared to smaller orders.

Custom Logo Imprinting for Your Wedding Date and Name
Make your wedding favor LED wristbands truly personal. We offer full custom logo imprinting on the band face, so every guest takes home a keepsake with your names, date, or monogram. Colors can be matched to your wedding palette.
Please plan for a 2 to 3 week production lead time including custom imprinting. We do not offer rush orders, so order early to avoid stress before your big day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery speed. We do not offer free shipping.
Pricing and What Is Included
Every controllable wristband order includes the RF Handheld Kit so your DJ or designated operator can trigger scenes wirelessly from anywhere in the venue. No extra equipment to rent unless you want professional DMX show control.
RF Handheld Kit (Included)
Controls up to thousands of wristbands simultaneously. Simple interface. Suitable for your DJ or a designated family member to operate.
CrowdSync DMX Kit (Optional, +$600)
Professional show-control upgrade. Integrates with your venue lighting rig for precisely timed color sequences and full programming control.
Transmitter Rental ($250, required with DMX)
If you upgrade to the DMX Kit, a transmitter rental is required. The rental covers your event period.
NFC Tags and QR Codes (Optional, per unit)
Add digital interaction to each wristband. Useful for directing guests to your wedding website or photo gallery post-event.

Your bands are manufactured and imprinted, then shipped to your venue or home address. No free shipping, rates calculated at checkout.

Wedding LED Wristband FAQ
How far in advance should I order wedding LED wristbands?
Order at least 2 to 3 weeks before your wedding date to allow for production and shipping. Custom logo imprinting is included in that lead time. We do not offer rush orders, so earlier is always better.
Can guests keep the wristbands as souvenirs?
Absolutely. Many couples use custom-imprinted wristbands as a dual-purpose favor and light show prop. Guests love taking them home as a keepsake from the reception.
Do guests need to install an app or pair a device?
No. Our wristbands use RF technology, not Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Guests receive their band and immediately join the synchronized light show without any setup steps.
What colors are available?
Our controllable wristbands can display multiple colors and are programmable to match your wedding palette. Your DJ or operator triggers color scenes from the included RF Handheld Kit during the event.
Can I use the wristbands outdoors?
Yes. RF range is strong enough to cover outdoor gardens and open-air venues. The transmitter should be positioned with a clear line of sight to the reception area for best results.
